The recent lack of douchebloggery

I now take this break from studying from my one and only deferred final exam to post here for the first time in what seems like ages.

You see, the holiday season, coupled with much illness and a bit too much alcohol, not to mention a bit of time studying for the aforementioned final, have left me with little time (or interest) in posting here.

So, I apologize, to my readers.

(I don't know if I actually have any of these so-called "readers", but if you happen to be one of them, then congratulations -- and again, I apologize for the complete lack of holiday posting).

I will take this opportunity to ponder the question of why the hell, since December 31st, Counterbias.com's new articles are no longer being listed at Google News. That, I'm certain, provided at least a moderate portion of our traffic stream, and its a shame that something is now not functioning. I have fired off an e-mail to the great folks at Google, and things should (hopefully) be right back up to speed. I'd hate to be publishing great articles by our excellent regular columnists and contributors, and not have them read by the largest audience possible.

On a final note, it may be ten days belated, but Happy New Year's! Be sure to read Scott C. Smith's New Years Resolutions for Conservatives column, as well as Marc Krug's new one.
